Cupra Marittima, nella provincia di Ascoli Piceno, è uno dei più bei villaggi turistici del litorale marchigiano.
The villa is located in the old part of Cupra Marittima which rises up 90 metres above sea level and is a small architectural jewel, still surrounded by ancient walls from the XV century, with magnificent buildings, historical churches and an archaeological museum. The villa is well connected to the modern part of the town below, is within walking distance to sandy beaches and it is a short drive from the renowned town of San Benedetto del Tronto and many other cities throughout the Marche region.
